Welcome to year 5 at their first session to PC, the group spent some time getting to know their camera then they were let loose on the playground to take some autumn pictures, landscapes and of course “Selfies”.
Faith “I joined PC because I want to be a photographer when I am older. I enjoyed PC on Tuesday because I got to take lots of photos of the school”.
Hayley ” I joined PC because it is a great opportunity to learn to take photos and I enjoyed PC on Tuesday because we went round in a group together.
Bayley “I joined PC because I like editing photos and at PC we got out and about around the school”.
Ethan “I enjoy taking photos at weddings and at PC I have the opportunity of taking photos with a digital camera – I’ve never done that before”.
How Well Do You Know Your School?
Photography Club were asked to take photographs around the school – inside and out – from various angles! Can you guess what they have photographed this week?
This week in club we learnt how to take portrait photos. We ensured we has a good backdrop for our friend to stand in front of and a steady hand to take a clear shot! Tina-Marie made sure that the sunlight was behind her friend before she took her photographs.
This week at PC we brought together all the Camera skills we have been learning ie a nice clear backdrop, a steady hand and close-up photography with our subjects in focus like the lego people. U Next week parents/carers of pupils in PC are invited in at 4.15pm to view their child’s photography.
