School closure as Government Instruction

Fox blog

Tilly and Archie blog:

We’ve been busy in maths learning improper and proper fractions, they are quite difficult. Today we are learning noun phrases in English. IN PE we’ve been playing dodge ball, it’s good fun. Our new topic is all about Africa, in PPA we made African pots out of clay and then when they are dry we are going to paint them. We are making silhouette pictures out of black card with a background of a sunset or sunrise and then putting them on a large display in our classroom. Some of us are going to Forest School this term, we’ve split into three groups so we all get a turn. In RE we had to explain emotions from a picture: hope, joy, justice, peace and worship. In science we were looking at animals and identifying if they were cold or warm blooded, could lay eggs etc etc. It’s been a busy first week back.
